See below and check out Laura at Laura FM!<\/p>\n<p>4 Ways to drink more WATER!<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">As a trainer &amp; coach\u00a0I find this to be a\u00a0common challenge\u00a0clients face. Trying to hit your daily water requirements isn&#8217;t always easy when we are busy at work or faced with more important life task.\u00a0<\/span><strong>So why do we need to drink water?<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Preventing\u00a0dehydration is first and foremost. Our body\u00a0is made up of 60% water\u00a0which why this fluid is so vital to your body&#8217;s function. We also need water to help with energy levels, expel toxins and keep the body functioning\u00a0correctly.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> So&#8230; here are 4 ways to drink more water&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><strong>#1 Add your own flavour\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> If you dislike the boring taste of water opt for\u00a0a natural hint of flavour. Some of my\u00a0favorites include mint, blueberries, strawberries or\u00a0lemon\u00a0slices. A perfectly\u00a0healthy\u00a0way to bring your water\u00a0to\u00a0life.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><strong>#2 Make your water bottle your best friend\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> One of the best ways to\u00a0succeed\u00a0with water is to have a bottle with you! Water bottles are an excellent way to increase your intake. Be sure to get a high quality one even if it costs you a little more. A good stainless steel or heavy-duty BPA free plastic bottle should do the trick. Try to buy a 1 litre size as well to help you easily workout how many bottles you need to fill each day.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica;\">#3\u00a0Drink before &amp; after each meal\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<div class=\"x_slide-body\" style=\"color: #000000; line-height: 28.16px; font-family: 'TiemposText Regular'; font-size: 17.6px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\n<div class=\"x_slide-body\" style=\"color: #000000; line-height: 28.16px; font-family: 'TiemposText Regular'; font-size: 17.6px; margin-bottom: 0px;\">\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Drinking a glass of water before meals is a great one, not only does it help you drink more, but it also helps you to feel fuller. Feeling more\u00a0satisfied\u00a0can prevent you over-eating and promote weight loss.\u00a0A perfect new habit to\u00a0adopt in 2016!<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><strong>4# During Exercise\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> If there is one thing\u00a0I&#8217;ve\u00a0found that works for me, it&#8217;s sipping water\u00a0in-between\u00a0sets during exercise sessions.
