Bikini & Fitness Model Posing do you really understand your Posing? \"\"?<\/span><\/span>\"\"?<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

What I really think helps my clients to be competitive on stage is the fact that they understand judging criteria specific to their federation, division and within their posing.<\/p>\n

I get a lot of girls that come to me that may have been watching YouTube or have seen other coaches but they don\u2019t understand why they are standing in the specific pose that they have been given – so how are they ever supposed develop their understanding or execution of that pose outside of their posing sessions?<\/span><\/p>\n

The most important part of my clients progress I believe happens outside of our sessions together when they are standing in the mirror by themselves. I teach them to understand and know exactly what to look for in each of the different poses and why they are standing that way according to their own individual physique and what the judges look for with in each pose and transition.<\/p>\n

To be competitive with Posing onstage understand your federation, understand the division, and the judging criteria within that.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
