What an amazing day we have had, such a journey that started 16 weeks ago and to make it here on stage and give it all you have to come out with a second. So so so much thank you and appreciation to @jess_bodychange with the challenges I have given you but you have changed my life and given me a new lifestyle that I will always use :), then @natkitneyposingcoach to give me the confidence to get up there on stage and giving me on going support from the moment I saw you. I would then love to thank my body change team/family who are the most uplifting group to train with and push you through every challenge. Then a huge thank you to my boyfriend @taz_brah and work team/friends @_georgiadev @aysh_hayley and family for keeping me on track the whole time watching my every move to keep my diet and training all fit in with my everyday lifestyle, and eating clean with me ?.
