Torso flexibility is the key to creating strong poses to help to create the illusion of that X shape, V taper and little waste that the judges score highly for bikini sports and fitness models.

It takes 8 minutes a day of stretching to build up your flexibility – that is 8 minutes throughout the course of the day.
