At my posing workshop I will will take you through the differences in what’s expected from posing in each federation and what the judges look for as a bikini & Fitness Model.
Knowing the differences and what each Federation specifically looks for with in bikini and fitness posing is absolutely crucial to being competitive on stage and winning their division as well as overall champion titles
Yes Posing coaching can be crosses between federations but what I have found as I coach is that each Federation has slight differences in what they look for with their competitors on stage.
Every time I put a Posing champion on stage I encourage them to get their feedback and send it through to me, this is when I start to see a pattern emerge between federations of specific aspects of posing and physique that they score highly or prefer (sometimes most importantly not prefer) to see from there bikini fitness competitors.
Imagine if you’re placing was decided just simply because the specific Federation you competed in didn’t like the way you are holding your hands in a backpose but you didn’t know any better. It’s knowing the little things like this as a Posing coach that contribute to helping my clients achieve overall titles and being competitive on stage.
