Working with a ICN international and national judge Mary Cara at my last competition rehearsal workshop I learnt even more of the importance of what she calls “hitting your lines” on stage to score highly and accentuate that X shape taper and small waist line the judges score highly onstage.
From session 1 of my posing packages I teach my clients how to score highly through correct upper body positioning.
I give my clients exercises to help them bring awareness to how their lats, deltoids and traps are positioned to further enhance their symmetry and muscularity appropriate to their division.
Knowing the difference with how to hit your lines and open your back correctly means: ✔️ Bigger and wider back and the illusion that the waist looks smaller
