Knowing how to activate the correct back pose and active your glute hamstring tie in is crucial for being competitive as a bikini model in the IFBB Pro League.
In session 1 of my IFBB PRO LEAGUE posing package I take my bikini clients through the art of how to execute a back pose correctly for IFBB PRO LEAGUE to give (as the judging criteria describes) “full round glutes with a slight separation between the hamstring and glute area”.

NPC AND IFBB PRO LEAGUE CRITERIA FOR JUDGING WOMEN’S BIKINI COMPETITORS
Bikini athletes should display:
✔️ A foundation of muscle which gives shape to the female body
✔️ Full round glutes with a slight separation between the hamstring and glute area
✔️ Small amount of roundness in the delts
Conditioned Core
✔️ Overall look- hair, makeup, suit, and tan
Bikini athletes should NOT display:
✖️ Muscular density seen in a figure physique
✖️Squared glutes
✖️ Muscle separation seen in figure competitors
✖️ Graininess
✖️ Striations anywhere
Judges will have the opportunity to compare competitors against each other in half turns. (No side judging permitted, front and back only.)
SCORING
Judges will be scoring competitors using the following criteria:
