ICN Session 1 Vs Session 4! As Emma says (and I quote) “Lat activation is errrrrythang!” ?

Skill is developed from hours & hours of working on your craft and this perfectly executed front pose for @icn_victoria has been a work in progress and crafted over hours of dedication to ongoing sessions with me along with posing practice and lat activation exercises.

@emmanickholds started posing with me back in August 2018, 7 months out of her show @icn_victoria Rookie Rising Star ?

In our first sessions we covered in great detail exercises to help her open her lats to hit her lines correctly to create that V taper and X shape scored highly on stage as an ICN Fitness/Sports Model.
