Judging & division criteria for icn Bikini model
As a Bikini model you required to have the least amount of muscle. Therefore it is the softest of all categories. You must not have any muscle separation, however a nice toned body, but no visible sixpack is required.
Upper body positioning
Learning correct upper body positioning is not an easy task to master – its all about building mind muscle connection and takes time and patience. Below is ICN Bikini Model Champion Kym prepping for her second show. Kym is now 1 week out of the ICN Melbourne Titles.
Kym has dedicated herself to her posing practice, therefore she is strong in her poses. Through plenty of posing practice she is coming into this show so much stronger with her posing and upper body positioning. We love seeing the progress of our clients when they commit themselves to practice in-between sessions.
To help my clients I give my girls exercises to help them bring awareness to how their lats, deltoids and traps are positioned to further enhance their symmetry and muscularity appropriate to their division.
Knowing the difference with how to open your back correctly means bringing symmetry to your legs and lower body – perfect symmetry we then you’re posing equals scoring highly on stage no matter what division you enter.
