What a journey it was with this beautiful pocket rocket Jasmine. I love watching her shine in this video on stage at the ICN Ballert Muscle Model Showdown. Not only because of her confidence in her walking and posing but knowing where she came from and being apart of her journey watching her grow with confidence each week she came back to see me even if half our posing sessions turned into pep talk session! But as I say sometimes those pep talks with my clients are so much more important than any pose I can teach them ???

All I can say and I’m sure Miss J A S M I N E would agree is that learning self belief is so important on this journey ??.

Everyday as a posing coach I am reminded that my love for this role is not just teaching my posing clients how to pose but helping them with their confidence and self belief that they can be “one of those girls” on stage!

Congratulations Jasmine not only on posing with absolute class and precision on stage but learning something so much more important- self belief and confidence ??? Looking forward to being apart of and watching your journey in this sport! This is just the beginning for this fitness model ?????
