Spent this extra long weekend dedicating a lot of my time into not only training, but posing. One person I am very thankful for @donna_maex introducing me to through out my competition journey is, @natkitneyposingcoach ? I met Nat last year at a ICN workshop helping myself and many other girls break the confidence in stage preparation, posing perfection, symmetry and even how to express your own personality the moment you step on the stage. ?

Nat gave everyone a mini booklet on how to pose, posing tips, what the judges look for, the do’s and the don’ts… ever since I’ve kept this booklet in my gym bag and when I get the chance to practise posing it’s my how-to guide! ?? Couldn’t thank you enough Nat! ?
