Bikini and fitness Model Posing – How far out should you start?
I always get asked this question from brand-new novice bikini and fitness model clients. A great question and I always give the same answer – it’s never too early to start posing – you can eat too much, train too much but you can NEVER pose too much!
What I find is the girls that are competitive onstage are the ones that go beyond the posing, beyond thinking about where their feet are going, what their hands are doing and what the next pose they are going to do next. This is when they are really able to stand out and shine on stage. Knowing you’re posing and it being second nature then allows you to really present on stage and connect through your personality and presentation with the judging panel.
So my answer to this question also is if you are considering competing even if you don’t have a competition date start posing!
