In this video I take my posing clients through an exercise to help them feel their back pose wrong to then open out the back correctly and know what the correct back pose feels like.
When working with Posing clients I like to teach them how to pose wrong, yes you read that right I like to teach them to pose wrong so they know how to pose right.
There are never any mirrors on stage so feeling that you are in a correct pose through mind muscle connection and plenty of practice is essential for being competitive on stage. It is crucial that you know you’re standing in the right pose because you can FEEL it.
