As much as I cringe watching this back I wanted to show (especially to all my novice competitors starting their journey with me) that posing is a work in progress and that we all start somewhere.
“You have to trust the process” – how many times have you heard that while on this journey to stage? Simple but true words which apply to not only your diet, training but also your posing, that’s why I encourage my new clients to do my 6 sessions to stage package as this covered everything you need o knowing coming into your first competition as a novice fitness and bikini model and so you don’t make the mistakes I did in this video hehehehe
Coaching my novice girls on posing coming into Season A 2017 each week I help give them the tools to not only pose correctly but to build their confidence that they too can start to believe that by putting these tools into practice each week they will step on stage and pose with precision, confidence, and class!
I’ve been there (as this video shows) so I know if I can do it… Then they can do it! Being able to help guide them on this journey to posing with confidence is such a magical experience
