Bikini Fitness Figure Models Back Pose Posing Tips
Are you standing in correct BACK POSE?
The back pose is where a lot of the judging as bikini and fitness models is done and which pose you choose is dependent of many different factors, here’s my 3 top tips of executing your back pose correctly to score highly:
– Know your federations posing and Choose a back pose specific to your federation. As displayed in my photo each different federation has a certain “style” of back pose they prefer on their competitors.
– Understand the symmetry of your body from top to bottom (eg shoulder to waist to hip ratio) and place your feet and arms accordingly
– Learn how to activate and recruit the correct part of your glutes to give them a fuller and rounder look on stage
