I have selected this as my favourite fitness photo as it shows strength to what I have achieved. I felt strong and powerful about my body in this photo. I never would have picked myself to be wearing a bikini in public let alone as bikini model at a competition standing on a stage in front of hundreds of people.
My starting weight was 104.9kg & completely lost on where to start with changing my lifestyle to health and fitness! Now going forward 4 years I have now lost 38kg, a happy, vibrant size 10 & ready to take on life!
At ANB October show this year I will be standing on the stage a proud 45kg lighter than I was 4 years ago. I believe I should be the winner of this competition as I am not just competing for myself, my goal with my journey is to guide people starting out just like I did. So many people have come to me for advice and tips as to where I started and how I to take the leap of faith! My aim to this sport & lifestyle is to help others feel as rewarded and proud with their bodies as I do.
