Looking back at these photos it’s hard to believe it’s actually me. It’s amazing how your body responds to months of hard work, strict nutrition, no alcohol as well as carbohydrate and fluid manipulation in that last week! Looking lean feels great BUT I’m glad to be back to normal and feeling full of energy again. Being your own coach is mentally and physically challenging but it makes it so much more rewarding knowing I did it all on my own, however I do have a few special people to mention!
Words can not describe how much I appreciate all the support from the bf @lukemirtschin the last 3 months. Never once did he complain about eating chicken and veg for dinner, or the amount of time I spent at the gym. Some times I think he looked forward to my high carb days more then I did?? ❤Thank you to @glamfitbikinis and for my amazing custom made outfit? and @exoticathletica for my sports wear ❤Thank you to the beautiful @natkitneyposingcoach for teaching me how to pose my uncoordinated body! ❤Thank you to @comptanaustralia all you help backstage and covering up my huge burn i managed to do two weeks out!
