A few snippets from posing sesh #2 with @natkitneyposingcoach yesterday. During our first session we really focused on upper body positioning and keeping my shoulders high and my back open. This week we focused on transitions. Quarter and half turn transitions from each pose are important in a stage routine. Flowing from pose to pose ensures that the judges will enjoy watching you and adds to your performance. We’ve not changed any pose except for my back pose – where we changed my arm positioning to open my back more. But we’ve added a few steps into my transitions to make them flow better into one another. I’ve got a lot of practicing to do over the next 5 weeks. But it just makes me that much more excited to get on stage!
