Teaching a bikini or fitness competitor to open up their back and bring awareness to their upper body positioning throughout their posing is not something that happens straight away. It comes down to lots of practice and mind muscle connection.
In one of our latest sessions I have Jasmine exercises and homework (yes all my clients get home work every session) to help her focus on bringing awareness to maintaining her back open to create more symmetry throughout her posing especially in her back pose!
