I left Nat’s studio feeling not only more confident about my posing but with everything to do with competing! Nat has such a beautiful soul and just oozes positive vibes which is wonderful to be around!
I am so so excited for the rest of this prep and can’t wait to get up on that stage and show off all my hard work!
Yesterday Nat shared a quote with me ‘be before you become’ which resonated with me so much because I have it stuck in my head that I can’t pose and I’m hopeless at it.
Changing your mindset is everything! I need to keep telling myself that I can pose and keep practicing and good things will happen ?
