In my first session with clients its simply just about learning the footwork and being confident in the direction your moving. I send my girls how with homework, goals and specific things of what they need to work on coming out of each session. Most of your progression with posing is done outside of the session with me in your practice – As I say to them I give you the ingredients in our sessions together its up to you to bake the cake in between posing sessions with me (just no eating of cake lol).
