Whilst typing this, I am in the gym.
Monday cardio yasssss!
When people doubt your work, tell you you look fine, try to pull you down or judge your body. I shake my head and remind myself of what I was.
The feeling of 105kg was horrible and something I never want to experience again. With dropping close to 40kg and still declining I wont stop until my body is my temple. The challenge is there and my determination is high.
I have had my week of fun this week with 2 sneaky cheat meals and a few extra table spoons of chicken and veg 
? thats enough to satisfy me as I know I have a goal in place and dont want to undo much work.
