Over six personal posing coaching sessions our ANB specific qualified Posing coaches will guide you through a structured step-by-step program teaching you everything you nee to know and all the posing tips as either a bikini, swimsuit, fitness or figure model specific to ANB.
Our coaches work alongside ANB national head judge Fiona Wallace with their coaching where we also provide group posing classes and workshops where you are able to get up close and personal for feedback from ANB judges on your posing presentation and physique prior to getting on stage.

- Posing packages are also available to ANB figure competitors where over six sessions we take you through the fundamentals of a figure competitor.
- Our highly trained figure posing coaches will take you through posing for your symmetry round along with your six muscularity poses.

- You also have the option as a figure competitor to perform a bodybuilding routine with the ANB. This figure posing package can also include complete choreography of your bodybuilding routine if you choose to do perform this on stage.
- With our coaching packages you have the option to just do one session at a time or purchase a four or six session package where we will put together a posing plan leading into your competition making sure that all spread out for practice and homework to be completed in between your sessions. That way they are booked in advance and also save you money on paying upfront.
