Meet Miss Liss, fitness model novice and part of the amazing team down at Voyage Fitness Pakenham trained by Bec McSweeny. Liss has now learnt all the essential points of getting on stage and has just finished her “6 sessions to stage” posing package with me so from here on in 5 ½ weeks out of the ANB Fitness Mania its fine tuning and polishing her posing package with me each week for that stage! ??
