・・・Pre-Posing practice with my fellow#teamluketrainor sista @alisam_fit before my official forth posing class with @natkitneyposingcoach. Alisa has provided me with such insight in my leadup to my first ever bikini comp & Nat is the posing expert, teaching me all the important techniques in the fine art of posing! It’s not for the faint hearted. The girls onstage make it look so dam easy, and for weeks I’ve felt like an oversized baby giraffe, but today I felt like I nailed it!! Thanks to Alisa for the little mind tips, getting me ready for my solid session with Nat! Feeling very confident going into my final 2 sessions with Nat & finally getting to stage March 5! Bikini Mumma body thanks to @luketrainor33 with all his dedication & knowledge in my training sessions. Would not be at this point in the 6 short weeks if I were training with anyone else!
