With so many novice fitness and bikini girls prepping to take the season A 2017 stage my storm I thought I’d share my posing checklist of what you need to know with your posing before stepping on stage! My advice: Know your poses, know your stage walk, know your transitions, know how your body needs to be positioned while executing all of this then all you need to do is bring your passion to that stage!
