Coming into her 2 show posing with me @ashleigh_jade_pt now has complete control of her lats and can hit her lines correctly to score highly in her division.
Having complete independent use of your arm from you lat allows us to change the hand placements in poses to create even better x shape and v taper giving the illusion on the small waist line as the lat and delt is held correctly no matter where the hand.
