IFBB Bikini Junior – 19 years of age Ariel Rose.  Excited to be working with this young athlete who is stepping up on stage at the IFBB In July.

3 years since she stepped on stage this time it will be with a whole lot more muscle and IFBB sas. Yes at the age of 16 she competed in her first fitness modelling competition- having such determination and dedication at such a young age is something so admirable & so inspiring! 

Proof that with this sport you can shatter any self imposing myths that you are too old or too young to achieve incredible things!
