WHAT DO WE DO?
I organise exclusively for my posing clients a competition rehearsal ?? I invite a reputable judge/athlete from the body building industry to judge a “rehearsal competition” for us. This time we are having out the beautiful inspiring One Strong Mum Fitness Model Super Mum, personal Trainer and Oxygen Cover Girl – Ildiko Browning!
WHAT DO WE DO?
✅ We play out an entire competition, all rounds (bikini round & sports/theme wear round) and divisions.
✅ My clients will be rehearsal judged and videoed (by me for our reference only) and walk away with written feed back from the judge as well as analysis of your video and feedback from me on what to work on coming into your competition.
These workshops have been such a great success in the past with my clients as it gives you a taste of what it is like to pose in front of a judge as well as other competitors and in turn bringing an even better and more confident package to stage!
