Leaning correct body positioning is like learning to walk – it takes time and it’s all about mind muscle connection, learning what muscles to switch on and off when executing your poses.
After teaching the main poses (front side back) to my clients and how to move between them with beautiful flawless transitions I take my clients through exercises on upper body positioning and how to elongate the shoulder line and open to their back to accentuate:
