Thought I’d use my shoulder pump from yesterday’s sweaty hot shoulder (excuse the hair ?) session to demonstrate the difference in knowing how to position and pose your shoulder and traps correctly.

Yes I’m over posing for a bikini or fitness competitor but what I do is teach my clients different exercises to over pose in order to feel the correct positioning of their back, traps and deltoids then adjust accordingly and appropriate to the division that they are competing in! ?????
